Stipulations for lettermail:
If ordering sublimation transfers, you may order UP TO:
- 20 tumbler wraps
- 20 8" sublimation transfers
- 60 3" sublimation transfers
If you are ordering vinyl tumbler wraps printed on any of our vinyls, you may order UP TO:
- 12 tumbler wraps
If you are ordering vinyl decals printed on any of our vinyls, you may order UP TO:
- 100 decals measuring 3" or less
- 50 decals measuring 3-6"
- 25 decals measuring 6-9"
By purchasing this listing, you are acknowledging that you understand that there is no tracking, shipping guarantees nor insurance for lettermail shipping, and thus, Bright Swan cannot be held liable for damaged, lost or delayed packages.

Shipping
All shipping methods come with tracking. We ship every business day, and once your order is labelled and you have been emailed a tracking number, your tracking will validate once picked up by the courier.
Returns Policy
All prints and transfers are printed to order and therefore returns are not generally accepted. All apparel is preordered for you and therefore returns are not accepted.
