How to access your Instant Downloads
After purchasing, you will be emailed an instant download link for your files. While some files are individual PNG only files, some are Zip folders. In the case of cut files (example, tumbler templates), there are multiple files in the zip folder including SVG, PDF, PNG, EPS and DXF.
The emailed links do expire after a short time. BUT, the download link remains active in your account. To access:
- Log into your account
- Click on orders
- Scroll the order that you purchased the files in
- Click Order Status
- Then click Download

Tumbler Template Instant Downloads
Please read this in entirety before attempting to cut your file.
MEASURE FIRST: Our templates come pre-sized for 20oz skinny straight tumblers in our standard 9.4 x 8.3" sizing. However, given that each tumbler manufacturer can vary with sizing, it is important that you take time to measure your tumbler and adjust this template to fit before cutting. This is especially important if you do not plan to do any pinstriping/striping at the seams. *Some designs are seamless, and some are not. Please be mindful of this.*
How to measure: The easiest way to measure around the tumbler is by using a circumference measuring tool like shown in my Amazon storefront. These are quite inexpensive, and absolutely worthwhile. You can purchase and view here: https://amzn.to/3RIOR6x. Please be mindful; some of these tools measure in both inches and centimeters while others are strictly one measurement type or the other.
Import the file into your cutting software: Once you have accurately measured your tumbler and imported your cut file into the software of your choice, please ensure the cut file is sized appropriately in the software as well. You can make small adjustments to the height and width if required. Some software and file types don’t automatically keep our standard sizing. You may need to “group” the entire design to ensure the entire cut-file adjusts in size.
In some cases, you can make these templates fit 30oz skinny straight tumblers as well (or altogether different sizes), but this isn't recommended.
If your software and cutting program require your cutlines to be a certain colour, now is the time to change that.
Now, you should be ready to rock and roll! Or...em...cut and stick!
TIP: I recommend printing the template on plain paper from your design software to ensure it is sized appropriately for your tumbler, and making any adjustments until you are happy with the fit in an effort to prevent waste of vinyl.
TERMS: you may not resell ANY digital art from Bright Swan digitally, but you may use commercially with no limitations in all products that you physically create or produce, including on vinyl.
