Fees? No, definitely not for standard orders. If you are having anything custom completed, any design fee will be discussed prior to you order.

There is a tiny possibility of an additional shipping charge. This is extremely rarely the case. If however you live in a very rural area within the mainland area of Canada or the United States, shipping could be significantly more, and we will chat with you prior to shipping. This is also true for places on islands like Hawaii where it costs a small fortune to ship to.

The only other possibility is if you provide us with an improper shipping address, or fail to retrieve your parcel from either the postal system or the courier, should you not be available at the time of delivery. In this case, the courier/post office holds the parcel for quite some time before sending it back return to sender at OUR cost. This cost will be transferred to you. This is exceedingly rare and in over a decade of shipping, we have only had this happen 4 times.

So you placed an order, but it hasn't shipped yet. And you need more items... Can we combine your orders for reduced shipping charges?

Yes! If your order has not been labelled for shipping (you are sent shipping info once it is to the email address you used when you checked out), simply place a secondary (or third, fourth, fifth, etc!) order and choose the "pick up" shipping option. We will see this and automatically flag it for shipping combined with another order. We have customers utilize this every single week, and it works very well. We are happy to accommodate it.

BUT, please ensure your order has not yet shipped. Please check your email for a shipping confirmation, or log into your account, click Orders and check the status in the top right corner of the order. If it's shipped, it will say "Fulfilled" and is no longer eligible for this free service.

We know you are eager to get your items and we are eager to get them to you. All patterned vinyl, tumbler wraps, decals and sublimation transfers are printed to order. That means you receive fresh vinyl, fresh prints and fresh product. That vinyl (or rather, the specialty ink that is on top of the vinyl), needs to sit and dry well before shipping, so I usually wait at least 12 hours between printing and shipping. Generally speaking, we ship usually within a couple of business days, but it can be up to 5 business days.

Shipping often depends on your location, so there isn't a single answer for every purchaser. Primarily, we ship via UPS throughout Canada and the USA. We do also use other carriers as well including Canada Post/USPS, FedEx and Purolator.

This is impossible to answer definitively, as it varies depending on your location to us, the time of year, the shipping method chosen, etc. Most often, orders arrive in under a week. For most of central and southern Ontario and Quebec, orders arrive in 1 business day.

Yes, we ship via Canada Post Surface service for all international shipments. Due to the incredible costs of shipping parcels overseas, your shipment will be sent via mail service through the postal system, and therefore travel by sea freighter. Arrival time is estimated to be 30-90 days.

Yes, free shipping is automatically awarded at the checkout for orders of $100+ being sent to the continental US, or $150 in Canada. Please be advised, for very rural areas and territories, Bright Swan reserves the right to message you regarding additional freight charges and we may elect to cancel the order if shipping is too costly and you would rather not pay any additional charges.

Yes, we are located just outside of Parry Sound, Ontario. We will provide you the address and directions to pick up your parcel during daylight hours when it is ready.

Please be aware, Bright Swan is an online store and no longer has a warehouse for entrance for pickup. We have a pick up location at hour home, and we live at an active marina. During the spring, summer and autumn months, there are vehicles moving about constantly and three active dogs that live on the property that are off-leash. Therefore, watch for cars, kids, animals, trailers, and doggy wiggle butts.

No, we do not accept returns. Everything is printed to order, or ordered for you after you order (example, apparel for Canadians). Since these are printed or ordered to your exact specifications, we do not accept returns.
