Turnaround time, or order production time, is separate from shipping time. Shipping times are sometimes estimated at the checkout by the courier, but this isn't including our turnaround time.

Our order turnaround time is posted to the top banner of the website. While every effort is made to complete orders ahead of the turnaround time, sometimes this is not possible. 

Effort is made to keep you in the loop regarding your order if it is expected to be shipped later than the scheduled turnaround time.
