Our printed vinyl is available in adhesive vinyl or heat transfer vinyl. Choose your vinyl type and sheet size in the drop-down menu. This vinyl is compatible with all brands of craft cutters including Silhouette and Cricut, as well as commercial plotters.
All patterned vinyl and HTV is 12x12" at this time.
ADHESIVE VINYL: For consistency, we print only on Oracal 651 equivalent printable adhesive vinyl. We print with eco-solvent inks on a commercial printer, on this high-quality gloss outdoor vinyl. The vinyl has a 5+ year outdoor life, but the print may fade or scratch within one year. You can increase the longevity of your vinyl outdoors by applying a laminate over the top to provide UV and abrasion protection. Lamination sheets may be found here.
HEAT TRANSFER VINYL: Our HTV is Siser brand and printed with eco-solvent inks. We at Bright Swan recommend you use a heat press for this, however it can also be applied with an iron or Easy Press. Your temps and times will vary, but our instructions are solely for heat press. The Easy Press and a home iron will both require different times to get proper adhesion. Masking is required for all patterned HTV and now included with all patterned HTV. The mask is required to transfer your cut and weeded design from the backing to your garment before being pressed.
CUT SETTINGS: We will send you a small sample piece of our vinyl with your order so that you can determine the best cut settings to use in your particular craft cutter. Each machine varies according to the brand, blade type, blade wear, and other factors. Doing a test cut prior is the best way to determine your settings and our free sample pieces make it easy to figure out the best settings for you.
